Oh dear! I bet that was tricky to wash off. If you want to know a little film trick Crystal Light mixed with Karo syrup makes the best blood. Just in case you needed a little for the next Halloween. I do love how he keeps you on your toes. You are a great mom to find the humor in the heat of the moment. I admire that in you.
I loved this post. It reminded me I should have taken a picture of Claire when she smeared paint all over the outdoor furniture and herself yesterday. The joys of motherhood! :)
Oh my goodness! He really did find the crystal light and seemed to enjoy it too! I am wondering the same thing that others mentioned. Did he touch anything with his crystal light hands?
I actually gasped when I saw those little RED hands! Gotta love the crystal light - did it stain his hands? Please tell me it didn't get on anything else?
Here's an update - Tyson ended up just pouring out the crystal light onto his hands and our coffee table - which if you have seen, isn't the most valuable piece of furniture - it was free! Anyway, I was feeding Avery in my room when he peered around the corner and said that he needed to wash his hands and then showed them to me. Luckily, it didn't get on anythign else! However, his hands did stay red for a few days!!
Don't you just love them? I would not have been happy with that. I forgot to post that Emma was in the tub, and the next thing I hear is,"Mom, I made a little mess." She had dumped her entire bath onto the floor.
What a good boy...he knew that he needed to get his hands washed off. I'm sure it was a surprise to him when they looked like that. So cute. It might not have been so cute had he smeared it everywhere!
Crazy! I'm so glad he didn't get it everywhere. I know how bad it stains my upper lip when I drink it so I'm sure it would be impossible to get it off of other stuff. He is so dang cute and he looks like he keeps you on your toes. Good thing you're so easy going. :)
Cute. I get so mad for a minute when luke does stuff like that and then i end up realizing how funny it is and laugh! You have a cute little family. Will you be at charity's on thursday?
Paige oh Paige...what a friggen amazing blog you have. I am totally enraptured with your little boy. He has so much spunk and character. I read the blog from top to bottom in one sitting. Oh this is Tracie (Charles) Wilton, by the way. I found your blog through a long chain of blogs. If you are ever interested, I too have a blog at maddoxkai.blogspot.com. Please check it out when you have a chance.
Oh Paiger...by now your are ready to disown me as a friend. You come all the way from friggen Texas to renew old friendships, and I can't even hele on down from South Jordan!?! Actually, I was in CA, on a family reunion. Obligatory family reunion:) But I need to know how everything went. I was so bummed I couldn't see the people I loved in HS, including you. Let me know how it was when you get a chance...who it was great seeing...etc.etc. Oh, and p.s., I now have a full year subscription to your blog, which I find highly entertaining:)
