This has been quite the week. The biggest event is our new arrival, Payton. She was born last Tuesday weighing at a whopping 8 lbs 13 oz. She is a great baby and we are so happy she is here.
In other news, it snowed here. This is a pretty rare event and my kids took advantage of it and loved running through the flurries. It didn't last too long, but it was a fun little treat.
And I turned 30. I haven't really had a lot of time to think about it and how I feel about it, but so far, 30 has treated me well! I realize that we all look like we drank one too many in this picture, but it's the only one we have from the day. Brent and the kids did a great job of making my day very special.

Are you telling me that having baby number 3 rates equally with a snowfall? They each get one picture and 3 sentences???
No. I know you're busy, but sometime, you must post more on that cute little baby-who, even though she's an infant, actually looks exactly like your other kids to me! And the whole war story! Come on! This is the blog bread and butter! I've even known people to get pregnant and have babies just so they could have good stuff to post on! (not really. :)

Congrats on Payton Paige! I LOVE the name! We're geting snow here too.... but I guess that's expected, we live in Utah. How cool for the kids to "play" in teh snow in TX. I used to love those days!

I love the kids all bundled up for the flurries, Gwen was going crazy when it started up here too. Oh the joy of a 10 minute "snow" storm.
