At first, Avery was pretty excited about her cake.
However, she never really got into eating. I don't know if she didn't want to get her hands dirty, but this is how she would try and eat it. No hands, leaning over.
I have no idea where she learned it from.

LOL, your kids are so stinkin' funny. I can NOT believe that Avery is already 1. Feels like your shower for her was like last month. Crazy!
and I cna't believe your parents are gone and now in NYC. shoot, i still have their pool towel, LOL, i'm soooo lame. i'm a thief, hee hee. that will be hard not having family close by. so many nyc trips though to look forward to and brent's family in ny too...that's convenient!
Hey, I sure like your cake also. It makes me want to eat some. I know exactly how it is by the way kids eat. Especially when it's very messy.

Matt and I both thought this was really funny. YOu might have to start using some mom phrases "smaller bites ladies" etc.
