We headed to the zoo on Saturday. It wasn't our best experience at the zoo. 5 minutes after arriving, Tyson pulled a cat's tail and he turned around and scratched Ty, then Ty watched a bear take care of a personal problem and was traumatized by it for some reason. I think it was the smell. We were there about 40 minutes before we realized it just wasn't our day for the zoo!!

"take care of a personal problem?" ha. you are too funny.
Maybe you would have a better time at the zoo if you just looked at the animals, and didn't try to ride all of them. I think that this is a really funny photo. Only at the Austin zoo can you get scratched by a cat, scared by a bear, and ride a goat. It looks like it was exciting.
Don't you just love that? That seems to happen to us all too often. We have such good intentions of a fun activity then 2 seconds after getting there it just doesn't seem to be working out.
So last night my brother was telling us about his friend that lives in Austin who was trying to look up a uroligist and how he came across that guy's name you told me about. Too funny!
Hey Paige and Brent!
I got your comment on my blog and so headed over to check out yours. (And I added you guys to ours too) Your kids are so adorable! What a cute and fun little family you have!
Poor Tyson, that would be traumatizing...maybe you'll have better luck next time!
Hey Paige! It's so good to connect with you again! Chris and I loved looking at pictures of your family and seeing what you've been up to. Your kids are darling and from what I saw, your daughter and my daugther would get along perfectly! They are almost the same age too. Mia turns 1 on April 23, and she too is a fabulous eater. She is the exact same weight and percentile as your daughter, but there's no hope that she'll be tall like your kids =) We just don't have the genes. Our Son will turn 3 in June, and I think your son is about 6 months older than that. You look fabulous Paige! Having babies and being a mom has been good to you! What a cute family you have. I'm feeling pretty beat up right now, being 8 months pregnant and all. I'm due in 4 weeks and they baby will probably come before my daughther turns 1. It's going to be crazy, and this was definitely not planned. We'll let you know when he arrives! So good to see you again. Take care, Mandi
