a big helper

Last Sunday, one of Tyson's nursery teachers (yes, believe it or not, this kid is still in nursery) told Brent that anytime she needs anything done or help with anything, she asks Tyson because he's always so willing and so helpful. His preschool teacher said the same thing about him.

I wasn't surprised. Tyson usually likes to help around the house. He loves to help clean the bathrooms. So on Sunday he loved it when Brent asked him to help do the dishes. He jumped right up and ran over to help. Now if I could get that kind of excitment when I ask him to clean up his toys!

(And I got a little sad today when I was shopping for some clothes for the kids. I had to buy in the big boy section for Tyson. Yes, and he's still in nursery. But I realized how big he is getting and how grown up he is. Time needs to slow down!!)

He is a really good helper in nursery, I am glad to see that he is no different at your house. I too was buying clothes for the kids, and I was sad that Gwen and Harrison practically wear the same size. their childhood is fleeting.

Cute! I wish My little boy was like that. I can't believe he is in Nursury still. He is a tall kid for his age isn't he? and yes, I am liking gas prices now these days. It's been great. Let's hope it remains.

Tyson totally fits that description. He's going to be a wonderful kid and young man. I can relate to that feeling of having to shop in the bigger kid sections for mine. It's sad.

How wonderful to have such a great helper!!! I was just telling Marcus this morning that I can't wait until one of ours wants to help out and make our lives easier. :)

B-e-a-u-tiful. Save that picture for when he's 14. It will be a sweet memory. My oldest doesn't always wear a smile when she's 'helping' anymore. ;) ;)
