On Saturday, Tyson and I participated in the Shoes for Austin Race. I ran the 5K and Tyson ran the 1K. It was such a great day and so fun to be out supporting a great charity.

Great work Paiger. I wish I could have run it with you. I love Tyson's face in the second picture. He looks like he just might not finish the race. Did he have an injury or is the leg band a statement?
I'm not sure if I could even run a 1K. Good for Tyson! And Happy Anniversary! Our 5 year is coming right up! I think for my activity today, I'll finger pain my body as well. Thanks for the idea. :)
